I am a strategic human resources leader who has primarily worked in Biotech/BioPharma and High Tech, in companies from start-up to fortune 100 and all across the globe. I have lead and managed global transformations including complete organization redesign, leadership overhauls and over 5 billion dollars worth of acquisitions. I'm a certified coach who has been successfully coaching executives, in the most challenging of situations and environments, over the entirety of my career. My ability to quickly build trusted relationships, understand the business and get to root issues, partnered with a pragmatic approach to find the best path forward, are integral aspects to my process and success. I have performed and managed all facets of the Human Resources function over my career which fuels the ability to pull in, refine, and/or build, the appropriate resources needed to support and drive the business to successfully meet its objectives.
